Alex founded the Transact Investments platform as the efficient link between qualified buyers and experienced commercial real estate agents with the core objective of successfully sourcing, securing, negotiating, and settling the transaction of commercial real estate properties nationally.
Alex earned his degree in Property & Finance from Curtin University. Alex joined a commercial agency specialising in Large Format Retail and Retail sales and leasing. In addition, Alex continued his role as a development and acquisitions manager at Dome Property Group working on numerous large-scale development projects including but not limited to Large Format Retail, Service Stations, Offices, and Industrial properties.
Alex was then approached by CBRE to grow their Large Format Retail presence in Western Australia and after a year was promoted to Senior Negotiator for exceeding the targets set by the global agency. Alex has been an integral part of the evolving Large Format Retail landscape in Western Australia. He continues to partner with a variety of national and international retailers to assist in the introduction and expansion of their store networks.
Alex has a prominent track record in the delivery of numerous Large Format Retail centres, shopping centres, service stations, retail premises and industrial properties across the state. The key to Alex’s success is his multifaceted knowledge and experience of both property development and contract negotiation. Alex prefers to adopt a scientific approach to all stages of the real estate process and believes it is imperative when delivering measured performance and success for his clients.
