A service station and truck-stop south of Perth along the Albany Highway is for sale through Transact Capital Managing Director Alex Gismondi.

A service centre and truck stop to be constructed along the main route to the south-west region of Western Australia is available for sale.

Set to be completed in April next year, the site is situated approximately 166 kilometres south of the Perth CBD on a section of Albany Highway that is one of the busiest parts of the Restricted Access Vehicles network in the state, with a very high proportion of large truck/logistics traffic.
